Yesterday…

I know I have been an absentee blogger as of recent. Summer semester has me a bit tied down (and not in the good way) with a lot of writing and reading, and the subject matter leaves me pretty drained (who knew Pop Culture and Literature would be so heavily Marxist...ugh... ) so I really don't feel like writing for myself let alone play video games (yeah, that part right there is the real test...)

Yesterday.

June 10th, 2016.

Yesterday marked two anniversaries. One that I am shocked has come and gone and the other that I am just shocked.

Caped Crusader …

An entry I did for Pure Haiku. This month (May) she was covering the topic of ‘cancer’. Check out my entry and take a loot at all the previous ones while you’re at it.

Yeah, something like this…

…because they have to get in all that stuff you normally do in 16 weeks and squeeze it down to just 6. I don’t know about you, but in my book, that’s dwarf star level of compression type stuff. Continue reading Summer A…

Spring 2016…

The spring semester ended at the end of April, and my grades have officially posted (last week… yeah, I’m running late on a lot of things but more on that… later.. ha. yeah). I ended up with straight A’s!

Woot!

Ok, so it was only two classes, but here is where I get to share a bit of a learning lesson. One of those classes should have been a B. My final grade was an 89 point something or other, and sure, there are some of you that would say, “That’s an A if you round up.” But, teachers, especially university ones, aren’t required to round up.

Hey, this is English and not math, after all. Continue reading Spring 2016…
